Mr. Gibson focuses the bulk of his practice on professional malpractice claims against licensed professionals, including attorneys, insurance brokers, and accountants. Additionally, he represents clients for automobile accidents, bodily injury claims, and premises liability actions. Mr. Gibson also has a number of small business clients whom he represents in commercial litigation matters. Mr. Gibson is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the States of Delaware and New Jersey. While in law school, he was a full-time clerk at a large Philadelphia law firm, where he worked in subrogation and assisted in litigation throughout the United States involving fire and water damage to commercial properties.
Mr. Gibson received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, where he was a Senior Staff Member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was elected to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. He received a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Temple University.
Mr. Gibson writes and lectures to bar associations and other organizations on the topic of legal malpractice avoidance.
